New Takahashi NJP Temma II Mount - Meade SN8 UHTC
Meade DSI Pro II

This is my new Takahashi NJP Temma II Mount I recently purchased from Wes Stauffer on AstroMart.  Wes has taken excellent care of this mount and it appears in nearly new condition.  In the pictures below, you can see the mount set up for the first time.  I also purchased a saddle and dovetail from BT Technologies so I can mount various scopes on the NJP (seen at the top).  The BT saddle and dovetail are meticulously machined and solid as a rock, a good match for this mount (thanks to my buddy Bruce for his advice on that). The rings came from Paralax sine the original SN 8 rings would not work with this setup

You can see the outstanding condition of this mount in the above image.  The tripod is an amazing bit of engineering and incredibly stable as is everything about this mount.  Once everything was tightened down, I can detect absolutely no movement when pushing or pulling on the mount.

This image shows the imaging setup with a MoonLite CR-2 Dual Speed Crayford Focuser, the DSI-Pro II, TruTech SupaSlim  8 position motorized filter wheel,  and the Outback Dingo Cooler.  The MoonLite focuser is an incredibly stable focuser and uses blocks to change the setup.  The Antares piece of equipment you see in the middle came from ScopeStuff and is a 2" to T converter.  My how the little DSI has grown.
