Australian sailor Jessica Watson has taken to Instagram to share an emotional new message after the shock death of her partner.
Watson - who inspired millions when she sailed solo around the world aged 16 - lost her long-term boyfriend Cameron Dale in 2021 at 29, when he died unexpectedly from a catastrophic stroke.
Dale, Watson’s partner of a decade, had undiagnosed high blood pressure.
In a new post shared for World Hypertension Day on May 17, Watson made a candid admission.
