Have stayed here several times. Nice hotel with very spacious apartments and good facilities. However, the place is starting to look a little bit tired with some peeling paint, patches in the walls, etc. Could do with an upgrade and better maintenance.

We booked in this hotel because it had a indoor swimming pool and to find out on the day it was shut that was very disappointing as we should of been notified. Also as this was a business trip there was no where to sit and use the laptop.

Anonymous Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

We had our anniversary stay as Gold accor plus member . The lovely staff surprised us with bottle wine a nice handwritten note wishing us happy anniversary and some choccies treat. We had the best view and spacious room. The only negative which took away one point is that you can’t use the accor dining privilege for members on a public holiday which we weren’t advised, we would have purchased a breakfast package otherwise if we had known. Thank you all for making our stay memorable.

Stayed for 1 night, travel for work. Stayed in ocean facing room on level 29. View was amazing, had bath plus separate shower a rarity to see. Was clean and tidy. Friendly staff.

Very pleasant and efficient check in and check out staff. My Accor Plus Gold status was recognised with a room upgrade. It was a very comfortable one bedroom unit with ocean views. You really can't fault this hotel with its amazing pool. Definitely will return.
