The juice was fermented in both stainless steel vats and new fine grain French Oak. Followed by a period of extended lees maturation, giving the wine texture and structure. The nose has generous aromas of white peach and toasted coconut while the palate offers a balanced, clean citrus finish.

Reviews

  1. 88

Green melon, peach, round fruit flavours. Sweet yellow peach. Delicate acidity. Lacking drive.

  2. 87

Lemon curd, reductive, steely palate, a bit sour.

  3. 90

Good amalgam of oak spice and fruit; Nutty and toasty full, good, fresh acid drives length. Solid biscuit-y style with slightly tart acid.
