Exceptional Hunter Fruit was sourced from three separate vineyards with only six barrels in total made. Only the finest new, fine grain French Oak hogsheads were used, with extended time on lees maturation adding structure and textural balance to the wine. White stone fruit, soft flower blossom and brioche aromas enhanced by subtle oak characters on the nose follow through onto the palate.

Stone fruit, savoury oak. Palate has intensity of fruit, structural oak, nice texture and balance. Slightly varnished oak. Slightly too ripe. Colour a bit up.

  2. 91

Yoghurt notes, touch of vanilla, some minty fresh notes, salty and grapefruit on the palate with a little spice.

  3. 85

Big toast and butter; lots of oak + spice. Full, spicy, toasty. Oak just a bit overt and acid a bit edgy.
