We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday via USPS Priority.  Once we get your order, we will ship it within 1 to 3 business days.  For the safety of the animals, we do not ship aquatic life on Thursday and Friday. We do not want live aquatic animals sitting in USPS warehouse over the weekend. Healthy Kuhli Loaches

I ordered 6 Kuhli Loaches and they all arrived alive and I haven't lost any in the month I've had them.

All 12 Arrived Alive

I only received the order yesterday, so time will ultimately tell, but so far I am happy to report all 12 Kuhlis I ordered were alive and spunky. Cannot say the same for my 6 DOA panda cories (shipped in the same box, so I'm going to say it was a cory-specific issue why they died and not a shipping issue). They seem to be all juveniles. 5 stars so far for the kuhlis, 1 star for the DOA panda cories (which I was refunded for).
