Gargamel is a wizard and the main antagonist of The Smurfs television program, comic books, and associated films.  Gargamel created Smurfette, who was later brought to life by Papa Smurf, but has sworn to eliminate the Smurfs.  He also has an orange cat named Azazel who helps him antagonize the Smurfs.  Gargamel is a balding man with dark hair and bushy eyebrows.  He wears a black robe with green patches on the elbows and a purple patch on the abdomen.  If you want to go the extra mile and add these embellishments to a black monk's robe, you can use colored felt squares cut to size and either sewn or glued in place.
