Notes This print comes from an incomplete series of lithographs which entered the collection in 1906 (1906,1219.40-43). These were all published in 1845 and they depict scenes from a ballet, "La Sylphide", featuring Marie Taglioni. They are kept in one wrapper with the original cover (1906,1219.39) which is not on the database.
