alumiLAST® Decks
At Endurable Building Products, we have many deck design options for you or your client to choose from. We can even develop and “value engineer” a custom deck based on your client’s personal designs. Our alumiLAST® framing is perfect for multifamily decks. The products feature fully-welded frames with aluminum joists, posts, beams, decking and railing. We offer a variety of powder coat colors so you can find one that matches your client’s existing color scheme. Aluminum decks are ideal for condo decks, apartment decks and lofts because they outperform other materials like wood and vinyl. Our aluminum decks:
- Require minimal maintenance—they will never rot twist, warp or rust
- Are non-combustible to meet all safety code requirements
- Are built-in complete assemblies or modular panels for fast and easy installation
Balconies to Meet Every Need

Standard Balconies
We fabricate our standard alumiLAST® balconies using aluminum tube construction. We can combine these balconies with our aluminum decking or composite decking. These balconies feature welded aluminum railing supports with a variety of panels, and we deliver it to your site with the decking already installed and the railing and panels or pickets cut to fit and ready for easy installation.
These all-aluminum balconies usually attach to the building with lag bolts and threaded rods. However, alternative designs such as cantilevering, bolt-on or attaching with only knifeplates are possible. We match the attachment technique to meet your plan requirements.
As with Juliet Balconies, our Standard Balconies offer a variety of railing and decking options. Each balcony is custom-fabricated for your project.
Juliet Balconies
At Endurable Building Products, we offer many different styles of Juliet balconies. These aluminum balconies are typically smaller than standard balconies and usually do not require any posts or rods for support.
Our Juliet balconies are available with aluminum decking, aluminum grating or composite decking. We can enhance the look of these balconies with aluminum/glass railings, aluminum pickets, wire mesh or punched panels. We offer our railings in a variety of designs and powder coated finish colors.
Juliet balconies install quickly and easily. We have had contractors install 20 of our Juliet balconies in one day with one crew.
