Sarah Jessica Parker graced the yellow carpet at The 2023 Daily Front Row Fashion Media Awards held yesterday in New York. Parker was honored with the Shoe Brand of the Year award.
Parker offered her feet a pop of color in a pair of neon yellow pointed-toe pumps, from her namesake shoe brand, for the fashionable occasion.
The “Sex and the City” actress’ footwear was constructed of sleek and bright neon yellow uppers that transitioned into angular knife-like pointed toes all sat atop thin 3 to 4-inch stiletto heels that gave the thespian a subtle boost. Atop each pointed-toe box sat ornate crystalized detailing in blue and lime green that had Parker shining with each step.
Holding onto a spring-centric color palette, Parker donned a purple lace Oscar De La Renta maxi dress in a slightly sheer style. The garment featured long sleeves, a corseted bodice and a floral lace-trimmed neckline and hem that imparted a dainty quality. Paired alongside her dreamy purple dress, Parker toted a shiny purple sequin Fendi mini baguette shoulder bag, a staple of her wardrobe, featuring gold hardware.
Parker is a chameleon with a colorful and sparkly shoe collection — with some notable favorites, often from her own SJP by Sarah Jessica Parker brand. The “Failure to Launch” actress regularly wears T-strap and pointed-toe pumps on the red carpet, both from her namesake line and brands like Manolo Blahnik, Rene Caovilla and Christian Louboutin.
New York Fashion Week (NYFW) is held in New York City in September, marking the start of Fashion Month. The spring 2024 season will see a calendar of fashion shows and presentations from a range of designers, including Ralph Lauren, Christian Siriano, Proenza Schouler and more.
