Wrath is one of the seven Homunculi that were created through failed Human Transmutations. He was created when Izumi Curtis tried to bring her son back to life using Human Transmutation, then ultimately failed and lost parts of her internal organs in the process. Wrath is not to be confused with Wrath from the 2009 Anime Series and the Manga.

Wrath's Ouroboros sign is located on the sole of his right foot.
