Gunnedah Show Society has announced the return of the Ute Muster to the 2024 Gunnedah Show.

This year, the utes will again take centre stage, showcasing their power and presence at the Gunnedah Showground on Saturday, April 13.

“We are thrilled to have the Ute Muster back to the Gunnedah Show,” convenor Goran Kelly said.

“The utes have always been a crowd favourite, and we’re excited to bring back the event for our community to enjoy.”

Starting at 9am near the South Street gate entrance, utes from near and far will muster for a day of friendly competition and camaraderie. Judging will commence at 12pm, with participants showcasing their vehicles and vying for top honours in various categories.

“All utes will go in the grand parade at approximately 2pm, adding an extra layer of excitement and atmosphere,” added Kelly.

“It’s a fantastic opportunity for people to see these incredible vehicles up close and in action.”

Following the grand parade, prizes will be presented in the main arena, and the grand champion ute will be announced for 2024.

“We can’t wait to see them – and hear them – at the show this year,” remarked Kelly.

The show society also thanked its loyal sponsors for their continued support.

“Their contribution is invaluable, and we are incredibly grateful for their continued support,” he said.

Mark your calendars and join the show society for the 2024 Gunnedah Show Ute Muster.
