Bolinhos de Bacalhau is another take on the classic “Pasteis de Bacalhau.” Perfectly served as an appetizer or a snack, its clear why it is one of Portugal’s most popular finger foods – it’s delicious! In English, you can refer to them as Salt Cod Fritters or Cod Fish Pastries. Sea Side in Algarve or Costa da Capirica, with a few Bolinhos de Bacalhau, a fresh salad salted and dressed with vinegar, you couldn’t ask for a better beach day snack!
