Shekou Sea World in Shenzhen | Minghua Ship

Shekou Sea World, also known as 'Minghua Ship', is a multifunctional maritime entertainment center based on a ten-thousand-ton ship. The four characters of 'Sea World' were inscribed by Deng Xiaoping. Since the 1980s, it has been popular in Shenzhen and is a must-visit place for tourists. The Minghua Ship, originally a luxury passenger ship of the Guangzhou Ocean Company, has crossed the ocean. The statue of Nuwa mending the sky next to it was built to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the establishment of the Shekou Industrial Zone. The slogan 'Time is money, efficiency is life' was born in the Shekou Industrial Zone of Shenzhen.
