Large mesenteric cyst

There is a large well-defined thick-walled unilocular abdominopelvic cystic lesion of intraperitoneal location with a homogeneous fluid content, measuring 35 x 18 x 6 cm with a mass effect on the adjacent digestive structures. No calcification or soft tissue/fatty component is seen. No peripheral enhancement is seen on postcontrast images.
Normal appearance of the solid intra-abdominal organs as well as the uterus and ovaries.
