World Cup Soccer Painted Rocks

Make a set of soccer themed rocks with Americana Multi-Surface Acrylics.
SUPPLIES
- small and medium brushes
- rocks
- pencil
INSTRUCTIONS
NOTES:
Protect work surface with sheet of newspaper. Wash the rock and let it dry completely before painting. Allow paint to fully dry between steps and when changing to a new color. Repeat with as many coats as needed to achieve desired coverage.
Use provided pattern if desired.
- Soccer ball: Use a medium brush to paint the entire surface of the rock in Turf Green.
- Soccer ball: Use a medium brush to paint a large circle in Cotton Ball.
- Soccer ball: Transfer provided pattern.
- Soccer ball: Use a small brush to paint the pentagon shapes in Black Tie.
- Soccer ball: Mix a small amount of Black Tie with Cotton Bal to create greyl. Use a small brush to paint the lines.
- Soccer cleat: Use a medium brush to paint the entire surface of the rock with Turf Green and let dry. Transfer provided pattern and use a small brush to paint the cleat in Cotton Ball.
- Soccer cleat: Use the same grey mix from the soccer ball rock and a fine tip brush, paint the inside of the shoe. Add details to the bottom of the cleats and laces using Black Tie.
- Soccer cleat: Dip the opposite end of the paintbrush into Black Tie and dab the ends of the laces.
- Soccer field: Paint the entire surface of the rock in Turf Green and let dry. Paint a thin horizontal line across the width of the rock in Cotton Ball.
- Soccer field: Paint a thin circle outline in the center of the rock.
- Soccer field: Paint the remaining field lines on opposite ends of the rock as shown.
