A section of the larger group of students involved in the counter-protest can be seen behind them. Knievel appears to be speaking to one of the demonstrators with another standing to his side. The demonstrators are associated with the National Street Preachers Conference. The events took place off of W Highland Street next to Willis Library.

Note from donor: "Photos from the counter-protests by UNT students on campus near the library mall. These students responded to clear and divisive protests with clear and level headed kindness. They brought gay pride, trans pride, and BLM [Black Lives Matter] flags and spoke of inclusion and love in the face of vitriolic anti-BLM, anti-gay protestors."
