McDonald’s Secret Menu: The McGangbang

Yes, you read that headline correctly. The McGangbang. Thankfully, this is not a terrible X rated film starring Ronald McDonald. Instead, the McGangbang is one of the more unique food items on McDonald’s secret menu.

The McGangbang (or commonly named ‘the McNasty’ in the north) is a combination of two popular sandwiches found on McDonald’s normal menu: the McDouble, and the Spicy McChicken. To get your hands on this life changing sandwich, go to your local McDonald’s. Approach your cashier, and order a McDouble and a Spicy McChicken. The two sandwhiches will cost you around three dollars.

When you get your sandwiches, you must dissect them both, taking them apart. Just like Frankenstein, you are going to assemble a beautiful monstrosity out of pieces of sandwich. Basically, put your McDouble back together, but add the McChicken in-between  the two burger patties. This gives you a sandwich consisting of burger-chicken-burger.

Kane Edwards, founder, head writer, and designer of True Fast Food, decided this burger wasn’t too dirty for him. He decided to get his hands on one of these delicious sandwiches himself, and see if it pleases his taste buds.

To his surprise, ordering this sandwich was incredibly easy. Due to the immense popularity of this secret food item, Kane’s local McDonald’s was very familiar with the McGangbang. After ordering a McGangbang (and probably feeling ashamed for ordering such a thing), he was ready to devour this beauty known as the McGangbang.

After unwrapping the sandwich, Kane was not flattered by its appearance. The McGangbangs unappealing name matched its sloppy assembly and look.

“It looks sad.” Kane frowned. “All of my hype for eating this has immediately gone down the drain. Hopefully the taste will make up for the unappetizing look.”

Kane picked up the depressed sandwich, took a deep breath, and bit down. There was a slight but satisfying crunch when he bit through the chicken middle. There was a slight pause in Kane’s chewing. “Ohmygosh.” he mumbled through his mouthfull of McGangbang. Kane swallowed. “This is probably one of the best things I’ve ever eaten.

Although not very pleasing to the eye, it makes up for that with its delicious taste. The chicken compliments the beef patties very well. The crunch in the middle was very satisfying.” Kane says. “I don’t believe there is a sandwich that could beat this one.”

The nastiest secret menu item at McDonald’s had been tested and eaten.

What will be the next food to appear on our plate?
