This recipe is a Minnesota family's thanksgiving special. It may sound odd, but it is delicious, refreshing and cooling. Perfect for a Darwin "build up" lunch.
Ingredients
1 Pack Lime Jelly
1/2 cup American Mayo
1 cup soft cream cheese
2 cups continental cucumbers, chopped
1 stick of celery finely diced
1 small white onion, finely diced.
1 or two granny smith apples, chopped.
Method
Prepare jelly according to instruction.
In a bowl, mix mayo and cream cheese together.
Add in Vegetables and stir in jelly mix. Chill until set.
