Rinat Shaham has played the role of Carmen in hundreds of different productions all over the world.

Rinat's Carmen is unforgiving and gutsy — both in manor and voice — backed up by the Opera Australia Chorus.
This production, first staged in 2013 by Opera Australia, was directed by theatre veteran Gale Edwards, with the set designed and realised by Brian Thompson. With the Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge visible in the distance, the whole open-air performance was staged over the top of the water on Sydney Harbour.
