The product is mostly as described. To be fair, our dog doesn’t want food in it and just want to chew it to a pulp. After a day and a half, he is making progress. He has strategically targeted one ball for destruction. I’m convinced this is better than a tennis ball which he would tear apart, swallow, and puke up. And with the design, his teeth are being cleaned despite bleeding initially.

I got these to see if they would work with our little 5 lb pup. He isn't able to get kibble out of the toothed grooves very well. When he gets bigger it might work better. We still get use from the round holes. We put a little peanut butter in each end and he will work with it till he's gotten it clean.
