Third time’s a charm, we hope? Jennifer Lopez, or J.Lo, and Ben Affleck have just backed out of buying yet another house together, TMZ reports. The Hollywood heavyweights have allegedly pulled out of purchasing the newly-built $34.5 million transitional style house they entered into escrow on last month.

If true, this would be the second property that Bennifer has entered into together but have had a change of heart on, the first being a massive 20,000-square-foot Bel Air estate they pulled the brakes on in March of 2023.

TMZ also reports that the newlyweds have now gone into escrow on another home, but it is unclear where. According to reports, the couple toured two estates last week, one of which was a $64 million dollar Pacific Palisades property owned by tech and finance czar, Gregory Milken.

Built in 2005, the Milken estate has a facade with a mix of classic elements found in homes in the Northeast, and shingle style coastal homes. The property comes with a 13,000-square-foot main house and a 3,000-square-foot guest cottage outfitted with two bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a gym. With six bedrooms and five bathrooms, the main house will definitely be large enough to hold the Lopez-Affleck brood.

After a broken engagement twenty years ago, Lopez and Affleck tied the knot last August in a lavish ceremony at Affleck’s Georgia estate. In preparation for their big purchase together, Affleck sold the Pacific Palisades home he bought in 2018 for $28.5 million back in October, and Lopez recently placed her luxurious French-style Bel Air mansion on the market for $42.5 million. Here’s hoping the two have finally found their forever home. In the meantime, they have been renting out the Beverly Hills home of Australian billionaire James Packer, since the summer of 2022.
