Siberia is a real land conducive to cedars. This conifer populates the cold forests of the country. Siberians like to call cedar apples the gold of the Taiga.
Cedar pine nuts are sweet. They are rich in fatty acids , nutrients and proteins , their taste is more pronounced than classic pine nuts.
You can enjoy them like classic pine nuts, in your salads, on your beef carpaccios and many more. Dare to be original and add these cedar pine nuts to your dried fruit mixes for the aperitif or to your mueslis for energy-rich breakfasts.
Make an original pesto using these cedar nuts instead of pine nuts, your pasta dishes will be all the more surprising.

The Ecoidées team went in person to Siberia to meet the cedar apple harvesters. The annual harvest is carried out using traditional methods, on horseback, in very harsh climatic conditions. No treatment has been applied to these sprockets, either sterilization or irradiation .
This product is 100% natural, no pesticides are present, a total absence of GMOs and gluten guarantees the quality of cedar pine nuts.
