Country star Keith Urban and his wife, actress Nicole Kidman, stopped by “Oprah” yesterday (Nov. 29) and opened up about details of their relationship — many of which centered around Urban’s past addiction to drugs and alcohol, and how Kidman’s insistent love helped to get him through.

“To see love in action to that degree, at that time, in that way — I had never experienced anything like that,” Urban explained to Oprah.

Romantic Urban also read an open love letter about his feelings for Kidman to the audience, melting the hearts of housewives everywhere watching the show. “He has a way with words,” Kidman admitted to Oprah later in the show, “but what always gets to me is when he says he wants to put it into action.”
Urban closed out the show with an upbeat performance of his latest single, “Put You in a Song,” off of his most recent album “Get Closer,” which was released Nov. 16.

While Urban rocked out with fans in the front row, there was no question who he was really serenading, as Kidman can be seen dancing in the crowd. “I wanna put you in a song / And if I get it right everybody’d be singing along,” Urban sang to his wife.
