Recently renovated, this quintessential Victorian terrace has been designed around laidback, outdoor living. It features a lush, landscaped garden with a glistening swimming pool and alfresco dining. Upstairs, multiple balconies create a green oasis with doors and windows that bring the outside in. On the ground floor you'll find a stylish living area set with a comfortable sofa, authentic Australian handmade furniture and a TV—with a gas heater and portable fan to keep things temperate. There is a large dining table where you can sit down together to a family meal, while a timber bar top table offers additional seating or space to set up your laptop and work remotely. The kitchen has undergone a major glow up, now fitted with white cabinetry and premium appliances. Glass doors slide open to access the pool area, fitted with a secure gate and space to dine under the sun. The house has three bedrooms, all equipped with split-system heating and cooling to ensure a comfortable night sleep. Two are located on the first floor and the third encompasses the entire second level. These upper levels frame views to the ocean, along with a balcony on the middle level overlooking the pool. Each bedroom is fitted with a premium queen-sized bed topped with hotel-quality linens for a good night's sleep. There is an additional living area or kids' room on the with a sofa bed, sleeping one child upon request. This living area connects to the upstairs bathroom, which is fitted with a shower and shutters to allow for a breezy rinse off. A second bathroom can be found downstairs off the kitchen, which also offers a shower and in-unit laundry. Boutique toiletries are provided for your stay. Enjoy a fuss free arrival with secure parking for one small car, plus free, timed street parking.

Nestled between Bondi Junction and Bronte Beach, Waverley is a pretty, tree-lined suburb with a vibrant shopping strip along Bronte Road. It has lush green spaces and a playground at Waverley Park and is a short stroll to Queens Park and Centennial Park. Start the day with brunch at Ruby’s Diner or Bellagio Café and dinner at Vacanza Pizzeria. Shop till you drop at Westfield Bondi Junction then hit up Sydney’s world-famous beaches from Bronte to Tamarama and Bondi Beach. Enjoy the scenic coastal walk, which hugs the eastern foreshore, stopping for pastries at local institution Iggy’s Bread.
