I made this Phineas and Ferb themed cake for my son's 7th birthday party. I had always wanted to make an Eiffel Tower cake but never thought my first would be P&F themed! Thanks to the tutorial I found here by prettycupcake, I was able to make it happen! The bottom tier was a 10" mudcake with ganache filling and the top an 8" vanilla bean cake with bavarian cream. This was also my first cake I have ever covered in fondant, so I was grateful it all worked out :) Thanks for looking!
