I hope this message finds you well.

I'm sure you have a million requests in your inbox but I really need to speak to you regarding the Nerdfighters! group you started a few years ago. It's actually evolved into a dictatorship run by an individual who does not represent the values of Nerdfighteria and has in fact been banned from other Nerdfighter groups for making women feel incredibly uncomfortable. He runs the group as a dictatorship where opinions are only allowed if they align with his own and a set of arbitrary rules have to be followed which are amended whenever he feels the 'need' to, to fit his current purpose.

In addition to this, he has created a system of power where all the other admins are inactive, and the moderators don't have the power to demote him, thus creating a power imbalance that cannot be solved. The one (active) mod who is also concerned that the values of Nerdfighteria are not being upheld is likely to be demoted due to disagreeing publicly with his methods.

I know you are a busy man and have far more important things to worry about than a facebook group, but as a member of the Nerdfighter community, I feel personally slighted by this misrepresentation of what we stand for. Unfortunately, as the group 'owner', only you are in a position to do anything about this situation.
