Hinze and Clark, an American businessman who founded several notable Silicon Valley technology companies, including Netscape, married in March 2009.
They have two daughters together, Dylan, 11, and Harper, eight.
The couple raised eyebrows when they tied the knot because of their 35-year age gap, as Hinze was just 29 at the time.
Hinze made a name for herself after appearing in Australian Vogue in 1994 when she was just 14 years old.
