She's the Australian model who, at just 29-years-old, married thrice-divorced 65-year-old tech billionaire Jim Clark.

Now aged 37 and 72, the couple have enjoyed an opulent life together, but it looks like the happy twosome could be preparing to downsize after putting their luxury super yacht on the market for a cool $70 million.

The three-storey mega cruiser is one of the world's largest private sailing vessels.

According to Nine Finance, it has enough room to sleep 10 guests across five cabins.

When Kristy and Jim would take the yacht out together, they'd travel with a staff of 20, although it has space for 21.

Jim owns a fleet of boats, including a racing yacht named Comanche.

The Comanche made headlines last year after it was reported that Jim and the boat's skipper, Ken Read, got into an argument.

The Courier Mail claimed sources said Mr Clark - the founder of Netscape and owner of Comanche - and Read 'got into it' at a bar in the Caribbean last year.

'Apparently it has been building up for a while, and Jim found something out before they got into the fight that sent him over the edge,' the Courier Mail quoted a source as saying.

The argument was reportedly so heated that Jim and Kristy got off the million-dollar boat and left St Barts, where it was racing at the time.
