Minnesota Gov. Ventura, who wrestled under the name Jesse "The Body" Ventura, announced to a crowd of screaming fans that he will return to the ring as a guest referee at WWF's SummerSlam '99 in Minneapolis August 22, 1999, to bring "law and order" back to wrestling.
