Room is comfortable (however age is showing and needs a renovation). The property around is excellent with great facilities. Many restaurants, a harbour, swimming pool, gym, artificial beach etc. Te staff is kind and helpful. Great to spend time with the family. Fish market restaurant has a great terrace. Would recommend for families as for couples etc the kids running everywhere and making noise might not be always what you would like in case of a romantic dinner. Overall recommended for a family stay.

Really good experience at the hotel. The service was amazing where ever we went- the beach, the restaurants and reception. The room was clean and tasteful. Sensations had an impressive variety of food and the staff around the whole hotel were all friendly, polite and attentive. The beach was really good and the gym was well equipped.

I stayed at the hotel for more than a month. Hotel is very good in terms of the location, very close to my work. In terms of cleaning rooms is great service. In room dining - amazing, I always order soups with salad and Ms. ROWENA ALWAYS with a big smile and helpful, he always made me feel home. Arrived very early (7a.m.) and were delighted to be told not only that our room was ready but that we could avail or our included breakfast that morning instead of our checkout morning (as we would be leaving very early).
Room was spacious and comfortable and clean though maybe a little bit tired. This hotel Felt more like a resort than some of the other nearby hotel options that we visited and that was a good thing with a nice short walk to the private beach area and the heated pool near that beach. Staff all around the hotel were helpful and friendly .
We stayed half board and were please that this allowed either lunch or dinner as it gave more flexibility for excursions etc. Food was better than average for a buffet style service though certainly not of any gourmet standard. On one evening the dinner service was in the attached Asian restaurant and this was a pleasant change.
Overall the hotel did not seem as “grand” as some of the newer 5* options nearby but it was more than made for by the resort type feel and the staff.
