Rose Byrne and husband Bobby Cannavale are teaming up once more for a new comedy feature film starring plenty of other big-name stars.
Inappropriate Behaviour will follow a man named Max who blows up both his marriage and his career as a late-night comedy writer. Max is at odds with his ex-wife on how best to raise their 11-year-old autistic son and resorts to kidnapping him and taking him on a cross-country journey.
Cannavale will play Max while Byrne will play his ex-wife, and newcomer William Fitzgerald will play their son. Two-time Oscar winner Robert De Niro will play Max's father, while Vera Farmiga, Whoopi Goldberg and The Office's Rainn Wilson will also feature in the comedy movie from Closer Media and Wayfarer Studios. Ghost director and Scandal actor Tony Goldwyn will helm the movie, from a script by Tony Spiridakis.
This is not the first time Cannavale and Byrne have teamed up. They've actually worked together on a number of projects before including Spy, Annie, Mrs. America, Adult Beginners, and most recently, Seriously Red.
The pair have another thing in common, too — superhero movies. Byrne starred in X-Men: First Class and X-Men: Apocalypse as CIA agent Moira MacTaggert, who helps James McAvoy's Professor X and Michael Fassbender's Magneto set up the X-Men.

Cannavale, meanwhile, featured in both Ant-Man movies. He played Jim Paxton, the new partner of Scott Lang's (Paul Rudd) ex-wife. It is not currently clear if Cannavale will be returning to the role in the upcoming third Ant-Man movie Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.
Byrne was last seen in the Apple TV+ series Physical, while she will also appear in 2023's Insidious 5. Cannavale currently stars in the Marilyn Monroe biopic Blonde, in which he plays Monroe's second husband, former New York Yankees baseball player Joe DiMaggio.
