Ordered a specific type of fern, sends me a common fern, upon advising seller agrees to refund me so i could repurchase and get it resent.
3 weeks after agreement. No refund, no fern, just a personal msg that says “done” as if the refund was completed (no refund stat/update bank acc)
Seller barely replies
Feels like they ran out of that fern and to compensate they sent me this thinking I wouldn’t notice since ferns are hard to ID
You been warned, dont lose $$, go elsewhere.

My grafted Alfonso mango tree arrived packaged well & promptly. Seller is very communicative! The plant looks healthy. The leaves & graft look green & healthy. The root ball also looks alive & healthy. The tree traveled for 7 days & arrived looking vibrant green. I forgot to get pictures of the root ball before I planted it. Seller has online directions for planting & care. I'm keeping it under a grow light indoors as it is cold here now. I hope this tree grows well!
