commande effectuée par erreur car je ne peux régler une consigne de 100€ et de plus les frais par la poste qui aurait suivi dsl.. pour renvoyer la pièce hs. quand on achète on reçoit une validation de paiement et on nous rappelle ensuite qu'il faut régler la consigne de 100 € ? ce n'est pas cool et mal expliqué lors de la validation.. a améliorer pour éviter les erreurs des acheteurs. D’un côté vous avez raison, de l’autre vous n’avez pas raison. La description de l'article est en 5 langues et également en français. Vous devez cliquer sur le bouton « afficher la description complète » sur la page de l'article, sinon la description rendrait l'affichage confus sur un petit écran de téléphone portable.
