    Why spend money in Dual Band Router.

    I have upgrade from a Linksys G router (used for 4 years) to Belkin Dual Band N600 router and hope to have faster speed. I have total 5 computers, PS3 and 2 IPAD. Only the IPAD and the IBM Thinkpad X60 pick up both band and connect to 5G. Others using the same 2.4 G. Not any surpise compare with previos G Router which connect in similar speed. I have the cable package with 20M download plan. I don't feel the money well spend as all seems remain the same. I double about why paid more for an daul band as not much machine have 5G connection. Edit on Aug 10, 2012 Attached portable a harddisk in the USB and found it won't support any harddisk more than 1 TB. I tried 1.5 & 3 TB and it don't show. When I put an 1 TB/320 GB/160 GB, all of them can be share within the network. Problem is the ...

    Awesome router with many features.

    This router is easy to setup. Has many features. Has a very good range and can handle many devices. I have one desktop, two playstations 3, three iphones, one ipad, one htc vivid phone, all connected wirelessly on this one router. Have an AT&T microcell and a blu-ray player connected to it with a wire. All the devices runs great on it. This device is also great for guests that comes over with wireless devices. This device has a guest access to connect to the router. The range on this device is also great. We have a two story home, and have no problems receiving a signal.

    perfect for DD-WRT

    Flashes perfectly to DD-WRT v24-sp2 (04/07/12) mega...be sure to tweak the wireless config to get max throughput and keep the TX level at 50. Properly configured you will get nearly 100% of your modem internet rate up to 100MB via wireless at least on Windows machines...probably slightly less on Linux machines..

    Great and fast connection to share with any 1 to 4 computers

    The item works very well; it is a fine router to use within the small family house hold. I like in particularly that it include an usb port to connect anything, but I connected the printer and any computer within the connection can print without being near the printer. Also, it is great to use to play online and communicate through Skype.

    Buy it. Its a good choice.

    I love this router. So much I bought 2! It can very easily be flashed with DDWRT making it very advanced. I have 1 as my main router and 1 as a wireless bridge, allowing my gaming systems to have a wired connection if needed in the living room while my router is in my bedroom. It hasn't had any issues yet and its been running since I got it. Flashed it back and forth between stock and DDWRT a few times with no issues at all. I love Belkin. I love this router.
