First, they wanted to buy 2 parols already on SALE and wanted more discount with combined shipping (NOTE: Parols ship in oversize boxes so shipping cannot be combined). When I declined, they bought one parol. Then, they requested to CANCEL THIS ORDER to buy another parol on my other website,,. Then they leave NEGATIVE FEEDBACK on this cancelled order.,, Why is this even possible, ebay? -- Rolling eyes --

The parol arrived broken, damaged, and shattered as shown in the photos that I ve uploaded. I immediately contacted the seller upon receiving the broken and damaged parol on Saturday, 27 August 2022 to return the item and get a refund. However, the seller has not responded as of Wednesday, 31 August 2022. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and get a refund. I am leaving this negative one-star feedback to finally get a response from the seller and give me the refund.

As you can see from my ebay store message, I was away on vacation from Aug 26 to Sept 5. I just returned to see this feedback and return request, Your return has akready been approved by ebay. I still have to check your pictures but I would need these to file the insurance claim with UPS. My apologies for the inconvenience.
