There are 45 different stallholders, including bakers, farmers, makers, artisans, and producers. You can shop for organic fruit and veg or quality meat, and there are plenty of treasures to find in this beautiful market.

The Yamba Farmers and Producers Market is dedicated to its local community. Ensuring sustainability, it focuses on seasonable, regional foods and plastic-free shopping. Plus, they pay homage to the Yamba historical food and produce in the Clarence Valley.

Turner’s Break Wall 

Turner’s Break Wall is past the farmers market, next to Turner’s Beach. The beach is an excellent spot for swimming and surfing. In the summer months, it is patrolled for your safety. It’s only a short walk from town.

The break wall offers beautiful views of Turner’s beach, the lighthouse, and the open water of the Clarence River meets the vast ocean. The break wall is also ideal for fishing. 

You might be able to spot a dolphin or whale if you’re lucky. Or, follow the walking track up to the Clarence River Lighthouse.

Clarence River Lighthouse

The Clarence River Lighthouse was built in 1955 but remains active today. Yet, there has been a lighthouse in this spot since 1880. 

It’s a short coastal walk from Turner’s Break wall and beach; the lighthouse is the perfect spot to catch marvellous views from the hilltop.

The grounds are open to exploring. However, the lighthouse itself is closed. Visitors can explore the lighthouse’s history at the Port of Yamba Historical Society’s museum.

Blue and Green Pools Angourie

The blue pools and green pools at Angourie are just outside of Yamba. Make sure you Visit Angourie’s beautiful ocean pools while in the area. 

Located in the tranquil coastal village of Angourie, these freshwater pools are a popular destination for swimming or cliff diving. Plus, surfer-lovers will enjoy the challenges of Angourie point. 

Or, enjoy short walks along the coast to appreciate the stunning views. Although, if you prefer longer treks, try the 10km coastal walk.

Yamba Museum
