The hornbill bird was rubbish . The carving was only 24 cm not 32cm. The seller added the stand to the height ,his site stated Hornbill 32cm, it did not look like the photos A light weight very cheap Airport tourist junk with a over $300 price, seriously I buy a lot of timber carvings from Bali and other country’s and never been disappointed until this one and only purchase from this seller, I messaged the seller. Requesting a refund, he refused. I showed him the measurements as proof and his description was totally not what I purchased . I go to Bali Often and I am sharing my experience with other stores in Ubud. And will be paying this seller a visit soon on my return. Warning do not buy from this dealer. He only refunds if the item is broken . The cardboard box it arrived in worth more then the Hornbill bird

We’re do apologize about the Hornbill bird that didn’t meet your expectations. First, this buyer complaining about our prices after he compare with another shop when we've shipped his order and said our Art product are rubbish. Our craftsman made all the product by hand which actually sell for the guests who visit Bali. We measure the Hornbill totally from up till bottom which until the Base according to item photos on listing and write the height to the description but, this buyer only measure the bird. Based on Etsy policy for conditions of return, in this case our product arrived and received in great conditions without any damage even the buyer said our packaging is worth. Thankyou for your review, we hopes for some good karma for you!
