We can’t gather to cuddle in person right now… And we can gather online* and connect, network and get some of our social needs met!
We weave the Cuddle Party magic in with small breakout groups, icebreakers, and interactions that can leave you fulfilled, entertained and feeling less alone!
This 3 hour event is PG13 (non-sexual) and inclusive (as long as you are over 18 years old, and respect the rules of Cuddle Party, you are welcome no matter what your gender, age, orientation, race or ability), and is interactive and playful.
We invite you to immerse yourself by (if you choose) wearing comfy pajamas, bringing something yummy to drink – we love hot cocoa! – and making a snuggle nest of your favorite blankets and pillows.

Create a Special Place for YOU! Setup your space with Comfortable PJs, Blankets, Pillows and any kind of soft fluff to enhance your experience. Bring a teddy bear, a warm drink, and set the lighting to make you comfy and snuggly.
Clothing stays on at all times. This is a non-sexual event.
PLEASE BE ON TIME: In order to create a safe container, the online meeting room will be closed at 8:15 pm and late arrivals will not be admitted.

Doors lock at 8:15 pm. The opening Welcome Circle is for introductions and to go over the rules of Cuddle Party. This is an important aspect of the Cuddle Party experience and creates a safe container for all participants. It is essential that everyone be on time.

Cathy Vartuli
Cathy is a Relationship and Sex Educator who presents workshops internationally on relationship skills, overcoming social awkwardness, body image, trauma release, and sexuality. She has worked with thousands of clients from 72 countries. Monique Darling
Monique Darling, Author of ‘Beyond Cuddle Party’ and workshop facilitator extraordinaire, was born on this planet with the unique gifts and soul calling to help you remember how magnificent you truly are! Messages from your ancestors, your spirit guides, your body, nature, your soul, are all called upon and utilized so that you walk away knowing how deeply the cosmos loves you for YOU, exactly as you are, so you can begin to love and accept yourself too. Peter Petersen
Peter Petersen’s 3 main passions in life are movement, music, and meditation. He has been teaching qigong for 19 years and has been a certified Sheng Zhen Qigong teacher for the last 17. He has taught in health clubs, hospitals, retirement villas, and several different wellness/spa resorts in Mexico and the United States, such as Rancho La Puerta, Mayacamas Ranch, and Present Moment Retreat. Peter has traveled and taught with Monique Darling for over the last 5 years teaching Tantra and his own style of qigong/dance all over North America, the EU, Asia, and Australia. Helping people to see what is intensely alive in their heart and helping them to export that passion to the world is why Peter loves his job and will do this till his final breath.
