Benchmarks: Sandra 2005 & PCMark04:This memory is targeted as a low-latency product, so first we verified its default operating specifications which was PC3200 (DDR400) @ 2-2-2-5 timings. While the literature specifies the memory was verified at 2.75V, we had no trouble running at 2.65V while testing. The highest we were able to overclock and keep the same timings was at 220MHz FSB @ 2.85V, even with a little more voltage the system still was not stable. Relaxing the timings to 2.5-3-3-7 yielded a decent 250MHz FSB @ 2.75V. We tried various timings & voltages but still nothing was "stable" beyond that point.
