Caterina Murino, who starred alongside Craig in Casino Royale in 2006 as Solange, has suggested that Daniel Craig found it "tiring" under the pressure of playing Bond.

She told the Sunday People: "It's hugely stressful being Bond. There's a lot of money involved, so that also brought more tension - and a lot of that tension was on Daniel."

The actress said: "It's not easy to go back time and time again. It can be tiring to keep trying to find new things in the same role."

Daniel reportedly turned down a huuuuge $68 million dollars contract to continue the role.

"I can understand why Daniel would not want to return. Bringing back the same role again can be complicated," she continued.

"You study for the role, then there's six months of shooting. It's a very tiring movie. And Daniel is not just an actor, he's a human being too.

"After a while those actors don't really think too much about the money."

We're still wondering who'll be playing the next Bond...
