After taking a long break from Hollywood and being in the public eye, Megan Fox re-entered the public sphere when she announced her relationship with now fiancé Machine Gun Kelly in 2020. Although she stepped away from the spotlight, she was always and forever will be an icon.

In a 2008 GQ article, Fox discussed how Hudgens and Cyrus should not feel responsible or bad about taking nude pictures. Fox made it clear that the fault is in the person who betrayed them, and they should not have to apologise.
“With any of the Miley Cyrus sh*t, or any of that Vanessa Hudgens sh*t — I would never issue an apology for my life and for who I am. It’s like, Oh, I’m sorry I took a naked, private picture that someone is an asshole and sold for money. I’m sorry if someone else is a d**k. No. You shouldn’t have to apologise. Someone betrayed Vanessa, but no one’s angry at that person. She had to apologise. I hate Disney for making her do that. F**k Disney.”

In a 2009 interview with SciFiNow, Megan voiced her opinions about how beauty is seen in Hollywood after being asked if her “beauty is something that goes against you?”
“No. It pisses me off when people f**king say that. When people complain about, ‘I’m too beautiful to get this part.’ That’s bulls**t. You wouldn’t be working if you weren’t attractive. Hollywood is the most superficial thing you could possibly be a part of and if I weren’t attractive I wouldn’t be working at all.”
