Our orders are shipped from our offices within a maximum period of 5 business days after the purchase is made. At that time you receive an email with the tracking number, and then you will receive the order within a maximum period of 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the country of destination. Returns

In case you want to make a return of your product, you can do it without problem.
You should keep in mind that:
