With over 10 years of experience in operations and administrative management, Lisa joined Greensoil in 2021, bringing her knowledge of organizational support to the team.

 Lisa is a highly motivated individual, with an eye for detail and a background in assisting senior level executives.  She demonstrates extensive knowledge of solution-based task management to ensure seamless workflow between departments and people.  She believes each task requires insight and accuracy.

 Lisa began her career in commercial insurance, where she was an executive assistant and senior account manger in two different brokerages.  After co-owning and opening a new restaurant, she decided to return to the hospitality industry in 2014.   While working for the Thompson Toronto (a boutique hotel in downtown Toronto), Lisa was responsible for communications and fostering brand awareness, ensuring the satisfaction of a high profile and celebrity clientele.  Following this, Lisa was the Operations and General Manager for an upscale restaurant collective; simultaneously overseeing 40 employees at Pravda Vodka House Inc., Woods Restaurant, and Uncle Tony’s.   She led three separate teams to ensure continued success and customer loyalty.  Prioritizing inclusive and secure work environments, Lisa also excels in event planning and coordination, transforming corporate client events to exceptional experiences.

 In 2016, Lisa earned an English degree with a minor in Sociology from Ryerson University, in addition to the technical diploma in Corporate Communications from Centennial College in 2004.  She is passionate about effective messaging, writing, proofreading, and editing, along with advocating for education, community development, and children’s rights.
