Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are, undeniably, among the most successful tandems in Hollywood. The duo rose to fame after their exemplary portrayal as Edward Cullen and Bella Swan, respectively, in the vampire-themed movie series called “Twilight.” Along with their successes, Robert and Kristen have also faced numerous issues and controversies concerning their careers and personal lives.

In December 2013, Robert and Kristen broke the hearts of many when they announced their decision to split for good. Come 2019, the two “Eclipse” stars have already moved on from their bitter-sweet past as they are now happy in the arms of their new partners. However, Robert and Kristen made headlines again after the actress revealed that she would have tied the knot with her former flame if he only proposed to her when they were still a thing.

More recent reports are claiming that even Robert Pattinson thought he was going to end up with Kristen Stewart. HollywoodLife.com stated that Robert planned to propose to Kristen after a year or two of living together under the same roof. Though they, allegedly, did not talk for a while, Robert and Kristen have nothing but friendly love for each other now. The entertainment news outlet added that the “Breaking Dawn” lead stars have so much respect for one another and will be friends forever.

To recall, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart sparked dating rumors in November 2008 after a cheeky photoshoot and interview with Vanity Fair. Romance speculations intensified when Robert and Kristen almost kissed after they accepted the Best Kiss trophy at the MTV Movie Awards for “Twilight” in May 2009. Kristen, finally, confirmed that she and Robert were an item, in October 2011, in a GQ interview.

Meanwhile, after Kristen Stewart, FKA Twigs also talked about her breakup from Robert Pattinson. The "Cellophane” singer revealed to New Music Daily with Zane Lowe she has never known herself better after the split. FKA, also, shared she learned to prioritize herself. "As a woman, I was taught that your Prince Charming would choose you, and when he did, you were grateful. And it was more about you being chosen than asking 'what's right for me?', and 'what do I need to be nurtured or to feel complete?' Magdalene is unraveling that,” she stated.
