Like a lot of expectant mothers, she's not feeling her best and wrote a VERY honest update on her website kimkardashianwest.com today, also revealing "my cankles are out of control".
For those who are unaware of the term 'cankle', it's when a person's calves appear to merge into their ankles due to weight gain and it's not a very sexy look. Poor Kimmy.
She faced criticism for wearing sandals with tight straps while carrying daughter North after her feet swelled up and the 35-year-old star hit back at body-shamers.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, who is expecting a boy in late December with husband Kanye West, also revealed her latest pregnancy craving - Lay's Barbecue potato chips.
Meanwhile, Kanye, 38, revealed that their son could be arriving 'any day now' when he appeared at the Footwear News Achievement Awards in New York on Wednesday.
The best-selling artist was accepting the gong for Shoe of the Year when he couldn't resist talking about his unborn son.
According to E! News, he said: "I'm waiting on my son to arrive any day now and I look at my daughter and I look at my wife and she's rich and I don't plan on being broke.
"I'm so, so focused on creating."
He also needs the cash to stock up on barbecue potato chips.
