Resepi Air Bandung Soda

Ada tak peminat air bandung?

Air bandung ni asalnya dari Johor tau.

Air sirap yang ditambah susu ke dalamnya jadilah air bandung. ☺️

Kalau pergi kenduri ke, majlis kat Johor selalu jumpa air bandung ni.

Air bandung ni pun ada macam-macam variety.

People have developed so many kinda of bandung.

Ada bandung soya, bandung cincau, bandung laici and bandung soda.

My favourite is the bandung soda.

Which is basicly the normal air bandung with added ice cream soda. The famous soda flavour.

Simply mix evaporated milk (susu cair) with some condensed milk (susu pekat), add in rose syrup base. Most rose syrup base ni dia tak ada gula. And rasanya tak perlu nak add sugar dah sebab condensed milk and soda pun dah manis kan.

In a glass, mug or jug filled with ice.

Tuangkan mixture pink ni tadi.

Then boleh top up dengan air ice cream soda.

Lastly add a pinch of salt to bring out the taste.

It’s creamy with a rosy hint and sweet!!
