Clearly heavily inspired by the early Kings Quest games. Move the character around in four directions, and use the text parser to issue commands. Pretty well made, though unfortunately it also inherits many of the negative traits from the Sierra games.

You can die without warning, it's easy to spend a long time arguing with the text parser in order to find the right combination of words needed to advance, and of course it's very easy to render the game unwinnable by missing an item, or an encounter, or using something in the wrong place, and you might not find out for several hours.

It also gets rather silly towards the end, with some very strange events that come out of nowhere and make little sense within the game world.

Perhaps it could stand to be a little shorter and more refined, but it's not bad, especially if you like the old SCI games. It does have some nice touches, like the ability to practice your swordplay at any point, and the graphics and music aren't bad, even if they look like an ST port.

This is a very underrated adventure game. There is a quite interesting story, decent graphics and music and the puzzles are not difficult. The beauty of this game lays in the parser and the logic consequence of events. I would have never thought that this game might be such an Amiga gem.

Good fun adventure game, with a few flaws. I remember getting quite far in the game only to find out I'd not picked up an item from near the start. Only trouble was you couldn't go back to the start, so I was stuck and had to start again! PC version is now freely downloadable from the makers site. 6/10

I've played the demo which came on a magazine coverdisk. Simple graphics but interesting.
