This April, we had the pleasure of participating in the 2024 CBS Finance Competition, and our partner, Maxwell Veyhe, announced the winners, Team Sell-Sliderz, at the grand finale. Throughout the competition, we were thoroughly impressed by the student participants and their ability to handle the case and present their findings. A big thank you to everyone involved: the students, the organizers, and the Promon team for supplying the case.

Last week, we hosted our annual GRO Product & Tech Days. Portfolio product and tech leadership joined us for two full days to share their experiences and challenges and to strengthen bonds across the portfolio. Day 1 focused on embedding product strategy and leading the product and tech organization through change. Michal Popelář, VP of Adform, shared how they align and embed product strategy, while Mogens Hansen and Ingrid Arem Gundersen from Secomea talked us through their transformation journey. Day 2 was a deep dive into the nitty-gritty aspects of applying data-driven UI/UX to drive product decisions. Adam Heleniak at Queue-it and Patrik Östberg at Tacton shared cases, and our friends Sofie Henriksen and Gijs Millenaar at Signifly hosted a full-day workshop to put our skills to the test. We always leave these events energized and inspired, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back next time!
