Servant leadership is a constant mindset which revolves around the work you do with others. The best way I have found to serve is to ask yourself the following: 1. How often do I actively listen to other team member concerns without judgement or interruption? 2. Am I dedicating time to develop my team members? 3. Do I prioritize the needs of my team over my own ambitions? 4. How can I support my team in achieving their goals and remove obstacles? 5. How can I foster inclusivity? How can I make sure every voice is valued and respected? #servantleadership #listenfirst #growththroughservice #novelisbayminette #careatourcore

Real empowerment of your team should be focused on: ▪️believing in their ability. ▪️Fostering effective collaboration. ▪️Recognizing their ownership. ▪️Investing in their skills. ▪️Welcoming constructive feedback. ▪️Building and reassuring mutual trust. ▪️Appreciating efforts continuously. ▪️Feeling their struggles. In short, real empowerment is about growing with your team, not by them. #leadership #trueleadership #empowerment

Throughout my professional path, I've come to realize the importance of being genuine with my team, especially during those tough moments when motivation hits a low. Instead of putting on a brave face, I've found that sharing my own challenges and low points fosters trust and empathy. It reminds us that we're all human, and it's okay not to have it all together every day. Opening up about the struggles can lead to remarkable support and bonding within the team. It's like saying, "Hey, we're in this together, and we'll get through it together." How do you handle sharing your low points with your team? I'd love to hear your personal experiences! #Leadership #TeamOpenness #PersonalJourney

🤷♂️ Leadership is awareness and self awareness As an ambivert who tends to lean more towards the introverted side, I wanted to share a little something about the importance of understanding our recharge needs. During my time as a leader in large organizations, I made it a priority to ensure everyone around me knew when and how I needed to recharge. Why is this so critical, you ask? Well, it's simple! Every single person contributes to the success and culture of an organization. And when we truly connect and understand the authentic individuals in front of us, it creates a higher level of cohesion within the team. #EmbracingAmbivertNature #PowerOfRecharge #teambuilding

Empathy isn't just a touchy-feely term, it's a must-have trait for good leadership. Why? Because it helps you: - Connect with your team - Strengthen relationships - Understand perspectives - Improve communication But, it's more than just saying "I understand" or "I'm sorry". It's about listening, validating, and responding. It's about putting yourself in someone else's shoes and seeing things from their perspective. It's about showing that you care. So, next time you're leading a team, remember to lead with empathy. It could make all the difference. #empathymatters #empathicleadership #coachpereira
